At Ballpit Nails, we want you to love your manicure, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and unopened products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, sets that have been applied or custom-sized orders are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused nail sets and accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
