How long do Ballpit Nails press-ons last?
With proper nail prep and our professional-grade adhesive, your set can last up to 2 weeks. For short-term wear (1-3 days), we recommend using our adhesive tabs.
Are the nail sets reusable?
Yes! Our nails are crafted with high-quality resin. If you use adhesive tabs, you can reuse them indefinitely. If using glue, simply buff away the dried glue from the back of the nail to prep them for next time.
How do I find my correct nail size?
We offer a printable sizing guide on our website. Alternatively, you can purchase a Sizing Kit for $5 to ensure a perfect fit before ordering your favorite design.
What is included in each nail kit?
Every order includes 24-30 nails (depending on the set), a dual-sided nail file, a wooden cuticle pusher, adhesive tabs, professional nail glue, and an alcohol prep pad.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-21 business days.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused kits within 14 days of delivery. Custom-sized sets are final sale.
